Postage is a flat rate of £5.00
DISPATCH TIMES
Please allow 3-5 working days between placing your order and receiving it. We use Royal Mail as our preferred carrier. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
DISPATCH OR DELIVERY ISSUES
If there is a delay before we can dispatch your order, we will contact you to inform you. This will be done either over email or by telephone. In the rare event that your parcel has not yet been delivered after the suggested delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate. Please note that we need a minimum of 14 working days before we can open an investigation with the carrier.
If your item has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please ensure you have looked around in any safe locations (bins, over the gate, in the porch), or with neighbours before contacting us. We will investigate with the carrier if the parcel has gone missing. If your item has been received with damage to the packaging, please take a photograph and inform us, so we can investigate with the carrier.
RETURNS
Please note that we cannot accept returns on our wigs, as they are bespoke and cannot be resold.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, or believe it has been damaged in transit, please use the contact us page and provide photographic evidence so we can inspect and resolve the matter.
